I had a perfect experience with Luggit! They were so communicative and on time with everything. Drivers were on time and very helpful as well. Very useful that they were able to pick up at the airport and even adjust the time last minute when I had a flight delay. Even when I got lost finding the meeting spot, the customer service rep gave very comprehensive directions. I was apprehensive at first, but Iām so happy with the experience I would definitely use them again.

I did not recognise this type of service before. The luggage was picked up at the property at 10:00 and delivered to the airport in the evening. It worked smoothly, the driver was punctual to the minute, the online booking was easy. I can only recommend it, great!!!

Support was amazing - very responsive under dynamic circumstances. The keeper was prompt and communicative (in English, which was great for me). I made my reservation same day (very early morning), and had my luggage picked up at the cruise terminal for delivery at the airport later that same day. My flight ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for next day. Luggit quickly responded to my support messages and diverted the delivery to my hotel. Canāt believe it worked so smoothly. It felt very much like a concierge service and would absolutely use this service again!
