リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

飛行機が遅れ、さらにパスポートコントロールが混雑して、約束の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが、担当者とのチャットでのやり取りで、無事に落ち合う事ができました。その時の担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔が不安だった私たちの旅行初日を明るい日にしてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。
Absolute lifesaver
Absolute lifesaver. Had luggage stuck in a foreign country and I worked with LUGGit to get it picked up and stored for a few months until I could come pick it up. They were incredibly responsive, easy to work with, and even tried multiple times to pick it up after customs refused the first pickup. Priceless help in a very tricky situation and I can’t thank them enough for helping recover my luggage and deliver it safely!

They made everything so effortless and stress free. 10 of us with 20 pieces of luggage. We left the cruise ship early and our flights were not till late in Athens. We were able to go see the sights without a worry. Very prompt with timing and kept in contact for flexibility with drop off times. Would HIGHLY recommend this service !!!!

Absolutely brilliant
To be honest I was sceptical about this and a bit nervous given that our first experience was delivering our bags to the airport to fly home. However it was the perfect solution given we had to check out at 11am and had an evening flight home. The app was really easy to use and it showed you exactly where the driver was (a bit like Uber), the drivers were really lovely, the cases were locked securely and we were given confirmation of the code for each case. When we got to the airport with 5 mins to spare there was nothing saying the driver was on their way so I messaged customer services on the app which was dead easy. By the time they replied, literally in only a minute, the driver’s whereabouts showed up. Not sure if my internet connection was dodgy or the app was playing up but the driver arrived 2 mins early. Totally brilliant service and it showed that customer services are completely on it. I would use luggit again any day.

I’ve never used a service like this…
I’ve never used a service like this before, but it was great. The “keeper” to pickup my luggage was on time and thorough when ensuring that everything was zipped tied to know nothing would be tampered with. The “keeper” to deliver my luggage was actually a head of schedule and delivered it right to the place I was staying at.

安全は常に私たちの優先事項です。お客様の荷物を受け取った際、 不正開封防止タグで封印 し、サービス全体を通じて安全に密閉され、識別できるようにします。
集荷と配達の間、お客様の荷物は 施錠され、監視された施設 に保管され、アクセスは非常に制限されています。
すべてのバッグは自動的に 500€まで保険が適用されます、 ご予約時に、 フレキシブルサービスプラン にアップグレードして、バッグあたり1200€までをカバーすることもできます。
