リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Service worked wonderfully. We were changing accommodations in Lisbon and needed bag storage between check out and check in. They picked up directly outside one Airbnb and dropped off later that evening outside the next. On time pick up and delivery made it super convenient. Would absolutely use again.

I learned about this service through the apartment rental I made for my time in Lisbon. I was able to spend a few hours in Lisbon luggage-free while waiting for my apartment to become ready because of your helpful service. LUGGit communicated with me on WhatsApp as my timing was delayed. My Suitcases arrived perfectly on time to my apartment right as I was checking in, and I was able to have my things while enjoying being free of my bags as I wandered through the City for several hours. So easy to use and very reliable service. Arrive on time and communication is excellent. They pick up your luggage allowing you to enjoy the last day of your holiday and meet you and give you back bags at the airport at the agreed time and place. You can also track your luggage on the app. Really great.

集荷と配達の間、お客様の荷物は 施錠され、監視された施設 に保管され、アクセスは非常に制限されています。
すべてのバッグは自動的に 500€まで保険が適用されます、 ご予約時に、 フレキシブルサービスプラン にアップグレードして、バッグあたり1200€までをカバーすることもできます。

予約後、予約内容の詳細が記載された確認メールとWhatsAppメッセージをお送りします。 ピックアップの約30分前には、担当者（Keeper）の名前、車両、連絡先情報を含めた情報をお送りします。
担当者のステータスは WhatsApp で更新されます。到着時に、待ち合わせをスムーズにするためにお電話いたしますので、担当者の 鮮やかなオレンジ色のLUGGitベスト を目印にお探しください。
