リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。 ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。 チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

Luggit was fast and easy to use
Luggit was fast and easy to use. I did use their customer service to clarify a delivery location on the day my luggage was to be delivered and they answered through WhatsApp within minutes. I was able to pick up the luggage earlier as well. Great experience!

Responsive customer service texts and flexibility with delayed travel
Responsive customer service texts helped me book and meet the agent when our arrival to Rhodes was delayed. The extra 10 Euro per half-hour charge for the delay was welcome compared to other services that may have cancelled. Our agent was friendly, helpful and prompt at both pickup and delivery. In my opinion LUGGit provide an excellent service…greatly enhanced by our Keeper Guilherme…he was great to deal with…after we left our accommodation at 11am we still had a lot of time to spend in Porto as our flight wasn’t due to go out until 22.25…it was worth every € to hand over our luggage to LUGGit as it freed us up to enjoy the best part of another day in the wonderful city of Porto…thank you very much!

I had a perfect experience with Luggit
I had a perfect experience with Luggit! They were so communicative and on time with everything. Drivers were on time and very helpful as well. Very useful that they were able to pick up at the airport and even adjust the time last minute when I had a flight delay. Even when I got lost finding the meeting spot, the customer service rep gave very comprehensive directions. I was apprehensive at first, but I’m so happy with the experience I would definitely use them again.

Perfect Support
I did not recognise this type of service before. The luggage was picked up at the property at 10:00 and delivered to the airport in the evening. It worked smoothly, the driver was punctual to the minute, the online booking was easy. I can only recommend it, great!!!

Saved us trying to check luggage for a 4 day trip to Mallorca from Barcelona. It would have cost twice as much to check luggage for the flight. Easy to book, super friendly staff and driver. Definitely recommend.
Great service
The company, collected our luggage and kept it safe, you can track it in the app, the communication was so good. This gave us time to explore the city without dragging cases and bags with us, will definitely use this again, our handler Mateu was extremely helpful and friendly.

Everything about the service was wonderful! The pricing was very reasonable, it was super easy to book, and the communication with our keeper couldn't have been better. Kevin (our keeper in Madrid) arrived even before the scheduled times for both pick up and drop off. He was wonderful to work with! Highly recommend.

集荷と配達の間、お客様の荷物は 施錠され、監視された施設 に保管され、アクセスは非常に制限されています。
すべてのバッグは自動的に 500€まで保険が適用されます、 ご予約時に、 フレキシブルサービスプラン にアップグレードして、バッグあたり1200€までをカバーすることもできます。
