We arrived in Madrid at 9 am but couldnāt check in to our apartment until 3 pm .They picked up our luggage at the airport so we could then go and do our palace tour and lunch before getting it delivered straight to our apartment at 3. We had to change our luggage hold times and their service team was very helpful. The team at the airport for pickup very kindly let me retrieve my bag almost immediately because I'd realized I'd left a few must-haves in my carry-on, and they were at the exchange point on time for us to get our bags back. It was such a relief knowing that we didn't have to lug our bags around town, or be stuck in one place knowing that many places wouldn't appreciate all of our stuff cluttering up their inside spaces.
We had no possibility to lock our luggage anywhere. Luggit was the perfect solution. The driver came to our door, the luggage handled with care, secured and stored. At the agreed time we met the driver at our destination and was again perfectly handled. For us this saved a lot of nerves and time
Bruno was great! First time I have used LUGGIT and was very pleased with the service. Everything went exactly as communicated before we arrived. Appreciate the security tags put on every piece of luggage. We had a group of 8 people and 11 bags. Again highly recommend based on this experience!
