リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔で素敵な旅が始まりました。

飛行機が遅れ、さらにパスポートコントロールが混雑して、約束の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが、担当者とのチャットでのやり取りで、無事に落ち合う事ができました。その時の担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔が不安だった私たちの旅行初日を明るい日にしてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

Easy and professional pickup and drop off

Very easy pickup and drop off. Luggage was secured with locking numbered tags and at dropoff you can verify the tags befor they remove them to assure no tampering. It was so nice to enjoy the city with lugging suitcases around with us. Great job and very professional.

Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service! Great comms and clear instructions. Victor collected our cases from our air BNB and dropped them off at the airport for us, freeing our arms for our last day in Lisbon! Victor was really friendly and took great care of our luggage. I would recommend them 100% and will definitely be using them next time

Great comms before the pick up and delivery. Driver was also very understanding that our taxi to the airport was stuck in heavy traffic and 30 minutes late!! Will definitely use LUGGit again!

Very good experience from Beginning to end. We learnt about LUGGit from our Aparthotel operator and got a discounted link. Booking was immediate. Then they contacted us on WhatsApp within minutes. Before the day of collection, they contacted us with the driver’s info. On the day of collection, driver Miguel came early for pick up and again early for drop off. Was very helpful and friendly.

Great service!

Luggit was easy to book, and they were easy to communicate with. They answered my questions quickly and clearly. Also our flight was delayed, and they accomodated the change. Our driver waited for us even though we were late.

bickepacking 3weeks

We did bickepacking in Portugal for 3 weeks in November and needed to store our oversize luggage (2x bike transport bags). Pick-up by our arrival at Lisabon airport= perfect! Everything went transparent and smooth. Pick-up by our departure from Lisabon airport=perfekt! I can highly recommend LUGGIT.
