リスボンに滞在中にポルトへのショートトリップを。１泊荷物を預けました。ステイしていていたホテルに約束の時間に来ていただいて、翌日返却も時間通りにホテルまで届けてもらえました。チャックに番号付きのタグをつけてもらえるのでとても安心できました。とても坂の多い街なので本当に助かりました。お陰様で身軽に駅まで行けたり荷物の上げ下げもなく助かりましたよ。ありがとうございました。

担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔で素敵な旅が始まりました。

飛行機が遅れ、さらにパスポートコントロールが混雑して、約束の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが、担当者とのチャットでのやり取りで、無事に落ち合う事ができました。その時の担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔が不安だった私たちの旅行初日を明るい日にしてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

Never used the feature before!

Never used the feature before. We were planning on going to Porto, from Lisbon; only to realize there’s strikes all over. So we decided to stay in town. However, we already checked out of our hotel. While we waited for checking to our airbnb; which was 41/2 hrs until check in time-our Airbnb host recommended we use this service. They also gave us a discount code! What a great idea! They arrived promptly, and returned our bags early!

I didn’t know about the service before…

I didn’t know about the service before I went to Lisbon so it was my first time using it. This is such an amazing idea. It’s always annoying that you’re stuck with your suitcase on your departure day, especially when there’s more than enough time to do things until your flight for example. Luggit is the perfect solution. Everything went smoothly. Booking was super easy, the communication was great and the driver was punctual and friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

We had an excellent experience with LUGGit in Lisbon. Our luggage was picked up at the airport on time and finding the “Keeper” was explained clearly. Our luggage was delivered at the scheduled time, and the Keeper even helped us carry our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. Reliable and easy to use! It was a pleasure not having to drag our luggage around while we waited for our Airbnb to be ready. Highly recommend!
