飛行機が遅れ、さらにパスポートコントロールが混雑して、約束の時間に間に合わない状況でしたが、担当者とのチャットでのやり取りで、無事に落ち合う事ができました。その時の担当者のフレンドリーな笑顔が不安だった私たちの旅行初日を明るい日にしてくれました。本当にありがとうございました。
Excellent easy to use app. Prompt pick up and collection with easy to follow instructions
Support was amazing - very responsive under dynamic circumstances. The keeper was prompt and communicative (in English, which was great for me). I made my reservation same day (very early morning), and had my luggage picked up at the cruise terminal for delivery at the airport later that same day. My flight ended up getting cancelled and rebooked for next day. Luggit quickly responded to my support messages and diverted the delivery to my hotel. Can’t believe it worked so smoothly. It felt very much like a concierge service and would absolutely use this service again!

We are so happy we contracted LUGGit, it made our stay in Toledo an easy one not having to take all our luggage. Every step of the reservation process was easy to complete and when we had changes LUGGit didn't have any issues accommodating our request. It is our first time using the service but it will definitely not the last one!
