I had an extremely smooth experience with LUGGit! I was about an hour delayed due to unexpected lines (longer than normal) at the airport, and LUGGit was able to make the appropriate accommodations for me in real time. I'm very appreciative of the help from this company. They have great communication and overall customer service and I will definitely be using them again in the future as needed!

The company accommodated the long delay that we encountered at the airport, especially to get our luggages. They even changed the pick up location as we were getting late to get to downtown and the driver waited for us. Jonathan was so nice, thank you so much for this great experience!

I love using this service! Used it again for my trip for Prague and the person who handled my luggage was very communicative and friendly. Took care of my luggage and even dropped it off on time. Even tho they were not able to accommodate my original time, this was handled in a timely manner and service.

Great experience -- so thankful and impressed with LUGGit. My Keeper, Edmilson, was on time, helpful, and friendly at pick up and drop off and everything was smooth. Will definitely use LUGGit again.
