I immediately received a confirmation via WhatsApp and they contacted me the night before to confirm the details. I had to make 2 changes to my reservation and they immediately contacted me to confirm the changes (arrival terminal was changed and I moved my delivery time up an hour). Communication was great and the Keepers were professional and on time. We will definitely use this service again.
