LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city.
It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered. During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to €500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200€.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and
type of bags. You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions
you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app, you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily.
Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).

To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of €7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of €10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
