We decided to use LUGGit to pick up, hold and then drop off our luggage in Lisbon. We arrived several hours before we could get into our accommodations, and not knowing the city, decided to opt for this service. Worked perfectly as described! Would definitely use again if the opportunity arises!

Been shouting LUGGit from rooftops—truly the most convenient service for not having to travel with my massive bike box after my race before I headed home. Wow! This service was a lifesaver. The keeper was on time, friendly and explained the process well. Communication through the customer service chat was great and I truly felt like my stuff was in good hands. Not only that but customer service went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute time and location change for drop off as my accommodation cancelled on me. Anyways! I’ll be using them again in the near future!
