The pickup and drop off were on time. Communication through Whatsapp was easy which compensated for the buggy application. It was very convenient to not have to worry about lugging around our stuff while we enjoyed the last hours of our travel. Thank you!
Customer Service was very responsive, pick up and delivery is on time and at exact location which makes navigating very easy. Staff all speak English and are very friendly and helpful. Glad to have selected this service so I can explore Porto without my bags.

I needed a solution for 6 hours and transfer of my large suitcase. Between two AirBnb apartments in Porto. I was recommended about LuGGit and instantly booked the service. Carla the keeper was very nice and accurate on time. Very recommended service solution
I use it in Barcelone from sagrada familia to BCN airport for Bag of 25 Kg , costed me 43 € , I found it helpful, because I ask them to pick it up from my place at 09:00 AM , and they deliver it to me in airport at 14:30 , so I suggest it .

I had such an incredible experience using LUGGit!! My Keepers Carla and Crisciano were phenomenal. They arrived on time to my appointment and were so pleasant. It was like I had known them for years! They helped me load my luggage and were at the delivery location right on time as well. They both took great care of my belongings and handled them as if they were their own. Would highly recommend this service to anyone!!
