How does the LUGGit service work?

Is it safe?

How much does it cost?

The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags. You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.

How to meet the keeper?

After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact). By downloading our mobile app, you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service. When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
