Honestly my partner was suspicious when I told him I booked the service to hold our bags when we arrived in Lisbon at 9 AM and couldn’t get into our Airbnb until 3 PM. But from start to finish, it was such an easy process. Our keepers were great. The app is fantastic. We always knew where our bags were and despite our Airbnb beingin a very busy area of town, they were right on time for pick up and delivery! I would highly recommend this service to anyone.
Prompt and friendly staff. This is a great service. We had 4 large cases picked up from our Lisbon apartment before 11am and then dropped off at the airport at 4.30pm. It allowed us to spend a final day without luggage at a reasonable price. Thank you

포르투에서 저녁 비행기로 아웃이라 캐리어와 배낭이 귀찮았는데 LUGGit 서비스가 있는걸 보고 신청했는데 대만족이었습니다. 짐을 픽업하러 오기 전에 전화도 주시고 어디서 만나자고 자세히 설명도 해주셨어요. 공항에서 짐을 받을 때도 매우 친절했었고 포르투에 대한 설명 등 스몰토크까지도 너무 좋았습니다. 전세계로 확장되면 좋을 것 같은 서비스였어요.

Incredible service! One of those ideas that make you think ‘I wish I had that idea myself!’. Their keeper collected our luggage on time, tagged it and locked it and delivered it on time at the airport. Free last day exploring without the annoyance of luggage.
