Very close to a perfect service. I had some difficulties on the payment page because the payment was declared failed but taken from my account. Thankfully, a chat agent solved everything quickly. Message that the collector had arrived was a bit wrong and took me on a 400 meter wrong trip, the collector actually stopped right outside the building. Picked up and zip tied in front of me. Totally worth the service not to lug the bags to a locker by Taxi and then have to worry about collecting them later. We had the whole day to wander around and get to the airport in our own time. Collection point was right outside departures so we hung around, grabbed the bags and strolled right in. Saved hassle, effort and time. Totally recommend this and I will consider using the service in other applicable countries. Thank you so much.

Cabo de abrir as malas e infelizmente numa das malas sem codigo de seguranca foi me retirado um bens ( sapatilhas da Lacost novas. Apesar de terem colocado o selo de segurança. alguem abriu a minha mala e voltou a fechar sem retirar o selo de segurança como mostram em videos na internet

Review for Luggit in Madrid: Everything went smooth. The driver picked up our luggage from the apartment were we were staying and delivered it at the airpot later that day at the scheduled time. Communication was good. The driver was running a little late for the pick-up due to traffic and we were informed by whats-app. The also provided the phone number from the driver if we needed to contact him directly. They give you detailled description of the meeting point at the air-port and send even a link for google maps.
Excelente experiencia! Dejamos 4 maletas y dos mochilas. Fue la mejor decisión. Puntuales, amables y a un muy buen precio. Paseamos todo el ultimo día y llegamos al aeropuerto sin peso encima. Repetiríamos.
