I have say this is an excellent service. My contact, Guilherme was sharply on-time, genuinely cheerful, and very professional, for both picking up my luggage and dropping it off. The communications with LUGGIT were tight, perfectly clear, and they were on top of timely reminders and comprehensive detail. The quality of their service removed any worries about my luggage, better allowing me to enjoy my last day in Porto.

As an older person travelling solo luggage for me can be a problem. On this occasion I left a river boat cruise early morning but could not check into accomodation until later in the day.
