We had to change our luggage hold times and their service team was very helpful. The team at the airport for pickup very kindly let me retrieve my bag almost immediately because I'd realized I'd left a few must-haves in my carry-on, and they were at the exchange point on time for us to get our bags back. It was such a relief knowing that we didn't have to lug our bags around town, or be stuck in one place knowing that many places wouldn't appreciate all of our stuff cluttering up their inside spaces.

Perfect organizitaion, perfect handling
We had no possibility to lock our luggage anywhere. Luggit was the perfect solution. The driver came to our door, the luggage handled with care, secured and stored. At the agreed time we met the driver at our destination and was again perfectly handled. For us this saved a lot of nerves and time

Meeting our pick up person was super easy even though we were a little early getting out of the port. He was very good with communication with us. Stating that he would be at our place to deliver our luggage at the agreed upon time stating that he was 5 minutes out. Super super easy. I recommend everyone use the service. Das ist der perfekte Anbieter, wenn man schon vormittags den Check out hat, der Flug aber erst abends geht. Das Gepäck wurde pünktlich abgeholt und abends pünktlich zum Flughafen geliefert. So kann man stressfrei auch den letzten Urlaubstag genießen.

Professional, on time - but book early
Booked with them on a Saturday night (May 2026) for Athens luggage transport to the airport, and they confirmed pickup on Sunday evening (maybe because it was a weekend). Would have appreciated a quicker confirmation. But once that was done, everything went extremely well. The driver arrived on time for the pickup, helped with the luggage, waited for an extra 15 minutes at the airport when we were delayed, and was quite friendly and professional (thanks Konstantinos). Would recommend.

Le service est assuré par des chauffeurs professionnels (Keepers), chargés de la collecte, du stockage et de la livraison des bagages.
Tout au long du service, les clients peuvent suivre leurs bagages (en téléchargeant notre application mobile) et le service d'assistance est toujours disponible.
Après avoir réservé le service, vous recevrez un e-mail et un message WhatsApp de confirmation avec toutes les informations. Avant l'heure de prise en charge, vous recevrez toutes les informations concernant le Keeper (nom, détails du véhicule et contact).
En téléchargeant notre application mobile (Android ou iOS), vous pouvez suivre l'emplacement de vos bagages en temps réel tout au long du service.
Lorsque le Keeper arrive au lieu de prise en charge ou de livraison, il vous appelle afin que vous puissiez vous trouver facilement. De plus, nos Keepers portent un gilet orange, vous pouvez donc les identifier rapidement.
