Fabulous experience, great company to work with
The company proved absolutely excellent service. They were on time at all meeting places and extremely accommodating. For example, we were quite delayed arriving to the meeting place, but they waited for us anyway, and were quite pleasant about the problem. The luggage seemed quite secure, and the company was staffed by excellent communicators, promptly answering each of our messages. I felt completely confident leaving my baggage with them. I would definitely use them again. Employees were quite friendly.

Excellent luggage storage service! Keeper Douglas met us right at the airport and delivered our luggages directly to our accommodation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. The entire transaction was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and we felt confident that our luggages were in safe, trustworthy hands the whole time while we are busy exploring Lisbon. Amazing service, would recommend!
Amazing service. Collection & drop off of our bags was flawless, staff were friendly & on time. Communication was great. We got to choose exactly where and when we needed our bags picking up & dropping off - super perfect for check-in/out days. 100% would recommend! Need this service in every city! Made our day x10 easier not having our luggage! Only thing I would say, is the app didn’t work as it should, however, the website was absolutely fine.

It was very easy and secure
It was very easy and secure ! We discovered Luggit at the end of our trip, we had to leave the apartment at 11 am and out flight was 11 pm, and after a month travelling with my family we had a lot of weight. They picked it up at 11 and at 8 they were waiting for us in the airport, so we could enjoy the day in Madrid free of luggage. Great service!

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
