We met the staff member at the port, and were immediately interested in the service. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and when I initially messed up the destination address they were easily reachable on WhatsApp and solved my issue immediately. The bags were on time, in good condition, and service was friendly and professional throughout. I will 100% use this service again

Awesome bag storage
I was starting the Camino de Santiago from Lisbon. I had planned on having Ivar come pick up my bag and sent it ahead to Santiago de Compestela. When I went to set it up they couldnât come get it for 3 days. I found Luggit. Easy set up online. They were amazing. Super fast whats app messaging. Picked my bag up within an hour. I ended up changing my route and finishing ahead of schedule so I had to update my bag drop off info twice and they were so nice about it. I received a credit because my storage was less days than booked. My bag made it to me a bit ahead of schedule. Both the pick up and drop off drivers were so nice. Highly recommend!

The person that picked up the bag was very professional, even though I put in the wrong phone number and he couldnt contact me, he still went to the agreed location and picked up the bags on time, and had me fix the phone number issue. 0 attitude, none, pure professionalism. The bags were picked up and delivered to the airport on time with no delays.

The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
