Super service de bagagerie
Bonjour, Nous avons utilisé les services de Luggit lors d'un séjour à Barcelone. Nous étions un petit groupe de 15 personnes. Nous sommes plus que ravis du service proposé. Les bagages ont été récupérés à l'aéroport et déposés dans notre logement puis inversement pour le retour. Nos interlocuteurs ont été effaces et sympathiques et la prestations réalisée comme annoncée. Je recommande.

The booking process was easy and the driver who came to collect and drop off the suitcases was very helpful. I went to the wrong location for pickup (confused by Google maps location) but the driver still called and came to meet us where we were. All in all a good experience.

Our flight to Portugal was an hour late…
Our flight to Portugal was an hour late and we were in the customs line for almost 3 hours. The agents at LUGGit were accommodating. We finally got our luggage from airport 2 hours past our original pickup time. Driver/keeper arrived right away to get our luggage and delivered them to our hotel on time. It was wonderful dealing with LUGGit.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
