Our experience was great! Alejandro was on time at the planned meeting spot at the airport. Upon delivering our bags later in the day he was great communicating with us. He arrived a little early and waited for us to arrive at our planned meet up spot. Based on this experience I would use this service again.
Excellent and very convenient service
The service is very convenient and affordable. We handed over 6 suitcases (4 small and 2 large), which were picked up exactly on time from the apartment we rented and delivered precisely on time to the airport. This saved us a lot of time and effort, allowing us to fully enjoy our last day of the trip. I highly recommend this service!"

Was a little nervous to be honest
Was a little nervous to be honest, but they communication via WhatsApp and pickup made me feel better once the pickup was confirmed. We have the bags to the delievery person (though not un an orange vest like they said) and boom EXACTLY at 6:30pm bags were dropped off in front of the apartment. Would definitely use again in Italy.
