Great service. Very responsive. It was so helpful that they could pick up our luggages so that we didn't have to carry them around the city of Porto, Portugal. There are plenty of hills. They were able to come sooner from the airport and drop off to our tental place for the vacation. This is a service that I didn't even think of until we needed it! I highly recommend them.

The instructions to meet to hand over the bags were clear and easy to follow. Our driver brought the bags to us at our place on time. Highly recommend instead of storing you luggage, if you can find a reputable place or dragging it with you.
The drop-off location was within a three minute walk. The keeper was super helpful. And all luggage was delivered safe and sound to the airport right on time.
Communication is the key and LUGGit did it well. They communicated with me until I found the driver. The driver was very nice and professional. Our luggage was delivered to our designated place on time. I will This was my first time using this company and I will definitely use it again.

Friendly and very efficient service which worked perfectly for us. What is comforting is good communication with the luggage keepers and deliveries and collectors. Also VAST savings over using the FANTASTICALLY high priced in-airport luggage storage brigands. Any airport that does not allow such an operation should be taken to tasks airports are meant to serve the people not cause them frustration at high prices!

I have say this is an excellent service. My contact, Guilherme was sharply on-time, genuinely cheerful, and very professional, for both picking up my luggage and dropping it off. The communications with LUGGIT were tight, perfectly clear, and they were on top of timely reminders and comprehensive detail. The quality of their service removed any worries about my luggage, better allowing me to enjoy my last day in Porto.

El servicio es proporcionado por conductores profesionales (Keepers), responsables de la recogida, el almacenamiento y la entrega del equipaje.

Después de reservar el servicio, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación y un mensaje de WhatsApp con toda la información. Antes de la hora de recogida, recibirá toda la información sobre el transportista (nombre, detalles del vehículo y contacto).
