As an older person travelling solo luggage for me can be a problem. On this occasion I left a river boat cruise early morning but could not check into accomodation until later in the day. Everything went very smoothly and as expected. The driver was on time waiting for us and our luggage at the agreed-upon location, and then they were safely delivered to the hotel at the agreed-upon time. Very friendly service, highly recommended.
This was such a great way to handle our luggage when we arrived back from a cruise but could not check into our Airbnb until many hours later. They met us at the cruise port, tagged our bags, and then delivered them to us 7 hours later. So easy! We highly recommend!

El servicio es proporcionado por conductores profesionales (Keepers), responsables de la recogida, el almacenamiento y la entrega del equipaje.
A lo largo del servicio, los clientes pueden hacer un seguimiento de su equipaje (descargando nuestra aplicación móvil) y el servicio de asistencia siempre está disponible.
Después de reservar el servicio, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación y un mensaje de WhatsApp con toda la información. Antes de la hora de recogida, recibirá toda la información sobre el transportista (nombre, detalles del vehículo y contacto).
Al descargar nuestra aplicación móvil (Android o iOS), puede seguir la ubicación de su equipaje en tiempo real durante todo el servicio.
Cuando el transportista llegue al lugar de recogida o entrega, le llamará para que puedan encontrarse fácilmente. Además, nuestros transportistas llevan un chaleco naranja, para que pueda identificarlos rápidamente.
