Very good experience from Beginning to end. We learnt about LUGGit from our Aparthotel operator and got a discounted link. Booking was immediate. Then they contacted us on WhatsApp within minutes. Before the day of collection, they contacted us with the driverโs info. On the day of collection, driver Miguel came early for pick up and again early for drop off. Was very helpful and friendly.
Luggit was easy to book, and they were easy to communicate with. They answered my questions quickly and clearly. Also our flight was delayed, and they accomodated the change. Our driver waited for us even though we were late.
This service is great since Luggit can help store your luggage while you go walk around the town with ease and pick them up again at the designated place and time! Very happy with the service provided and Istvรกn is super friendly too!
