Used Luggit service in Lisbon on June 27, 2026.Booked 2 hours in advance. Both pickup and drop off was absolutely on time. My online tracking link didn't work but Luggit kept me updated via SMS which worked equally well.
A Nice service that work very well
We were stuck with 6 pieces of luggage and had no place to store them as our flight was late and we had to leave our accommodation early. LUGGit saved us and made our last day in Athens enjoyable. They picked up the luggage and delivered it on time to airport. Life saving indeed! Great service - thanks !

This was so convenient! We flew into Lisbon at 8 amโฆbut couldnโt get into our Airbnb until 3 pm. Our luggage handler was so polite. Great communication. Picked up at the Lisbon Airport, and delivered our bags to our Airbnb promptly at 3pm. We got to enjoy our day not tethered to our luggage!

Fantastic service. Easy to book and reasonably priced. Keepers were prompt, friendly and communicated well. The Luggit service meant we werenโt carrying our bags around or trying to use lockers. We could enjoy the whole of our last day and meet our Keeper at the airport to collect our bags. Iโd recommend this service to anyone.

LUGGit was awesome. It was amazing to have our luggage picked up and delivered to the airport. It allowed us the freedom to have brunch with friends and not have to lug our luggage around town. The app was very easy to use and the whole process was very seamless.
Efficient, trustworthy, and reliable. We werenโt sure handing our luggage off to someone and then meeting them at the airport would be as efficient and trouble-free but it was awesome. I highly recommend them. Their communication was excellent as well.
