We had an excellent experience with LUGGit and would definitely use them again. Carla met us at Porto airport to collect our bags and dropped them at our apartment later that afternoon. Our flight was delayed and it took forever to get through passport control but Carla was kind, cheerful and helpful and took all the stress out of it! The app helped co-ordinate the pick up (and drop off) and she spoke great English so we could speak on the phone while the delays were going on. Fantastic service and a great start to our holiday!
Excellent experience with luggit in Lisbon. Bags were picked up on time from airport and dropped of in timely fashion. The app interface is also very helpful

I had a great experience using Luggit. I needed a place to store my luggage between hotel check-out and check-in, and their service was exactly what I needed. The whole process was smooth and easy to arrange. I felt completely safe leaving my belongings with them and everything was returned in perfect condition. It really gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my free time without dragging bags around. Highly recommend!

That was amazing! We had a long travel to get to Porto and we were able to drop our luggage and tour the city with only a backpack for our family of five. It was freeing and so easy! I can't believe we haven't used this before!

We handed over an odd size bag with surfboards at Lisbon airport. The luggagekeeper was accurate, very friendly and helpful. He even helped us putting the boardbag on the roofrack of the rental car ❤️
Very easy to book, regular text message on status of collection also app available to show location of driver. Jonathan who was assigned to collect and delivery our luggage was punctual and polite. Overall great service and saved us lugging our luggage around with us after checking out of our Airbnb, we were able to explore Lisbon for a few more hours before our flight luggage free.
