Por motivos de un retraso de nuestro vuelo de retorno a Madrid, no logramos llegar a la hora acordada previamente , pero nos comunicamos con el equipo de Luggit indicando que por favor nos dejen la maleta directamente en el hotel a mi nombre (en paralelo coordine esto con la recepción del hotel), y ellos no se hicieron mayores problemas y nos dejaron la maleta en recepción del hotel, la cual estaba en perfecto estado .

This service made our trip so easy! Our bags were picked up from the airport arrivals, and we directly took a bus to start a 4-day hike on the Costa Brava trails. When we returned to Barcelona, our bags were brought to our hotel. We then boarded a cruise ship. Perfect!
So smooth pick up and drop off! Loved this service, perfect for those who arrive early but still have a later check in. Would recommend to everyone! I chose the basic safety and was not worried a bit, he locked our bags with zip locks with sensors so we could track the bags and then opened them in front of me when he arrived!

Everything went very smoothly! This service made the last day of our trip stressless, and we could stroll around a little more without having to carry our luggage. We didn't encounter any problems, so would highly recommend!
The service was absolutely outstanding. The app is great and the communication was perfect. Our keeper Carla was exceptional and even waited for us when we were delayed due to unforseen circumstances. Would book the service again without thinking twice.
