I took their service in Lisbon and was extremely pleased with their service delivery. Our luggage was picked up from our Airbnb and dropped off at the airport at the agreed time. This took away all the stress of carrying our luggage to a storage area for a few hours and then rushing to pick them up to go to the airport. Their communication was excellent with clear instructions on WhatsApp . I would definitely recommend their service

I am really happy we chose Luggit to transport our baggage for a family of 5 from the airport to our rental. I felt thar our baggage was 100% secure - they added bar coded zip ties to securely lock each one of our bags. The driver was polite and prompt. After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
