Loved the service and the help to carry my bags
Amazing service. Collection & drop off of our bags was flawless, staff were friendly & on time. Communication was great. We got to choose exactly where and when we needed our bags picking up & dropping off - super perfect for check-in/out days. 100% would recommend! Need this service in every city! Made our day x10 easier not having our luggage! Only thing I would say, is the app didnāt work as it should, however, the website was absolutely fine.

It was very easy and secure ! We discovered Luggit at the end of our trip, we had to leave the apartment at 11 am and out flight was 11 pm, and after a month travelling with my family we had a lot of weight. They picked it up at 11 and at 8 they were waiting for us in the airport, so we could enjoy the day in Madrid free of luggage. Great service!
