Wow! This service was a lifesaver. The keeper was on time, friendly and explained the process well. Communication through the customer service chat was great and I truly felt like my stuff was in good hands. Not only that but customer service went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute time and location change for drop off as my accommodation cancelled on me. Anyways! Iāll be using them again in the near future!

Never used the feature before. We were planning on going to Porto, from Lisbon; only to realize thereās strikes all over. So we decided to stay in town. However, we already checked out of our hotel. While we waited for checking to our airbnb; which was 41/2 hrs until check in time-our Airbnb host recommended we use this service. They also gave us a discount code! What a great idea! They arrived promptly, and returned our bags early!

Itās always annoying that youāre stuck with your suitcase on your departure day, especially when thereās more than enough time to do things until your flight for example. After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
