Service worked wonderfully. We were changing accommodations in Lisbon and needed bag storage between check out and check in. They picked up directly outside one Airbnb and dropped off later that evening outside the next. On time pick up and delivery made it super convenient. Would absolutely use again.

I learned about this service through the apartment rental I made for my time in Lisbon. I was able to spend a few hours in Lisbon luggage-free while waiting for my apartment to become ready because of your helpful service. LUGGit communicated with me on WhatsApp as my timing was delayed. My Suitcases arrived perfectly on time to my apartment right as I was checking in, and I was able to have my things while enjoying being free of my bags as I wandered through the City for several hours. They pick up your luggage allowing you to enjoy the last day of your holiday and meet you and give you back bags at the airport at the agreed time and place. LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
