it was smooth all the way from communication before our luggage was picked up, our driver was wonderful and he met us exactly where he said he would . it was really easly and we felt like our luggage was being taken care of for us so we could enjoy the last few hours of our trip.

Very happy with the service. We arrived in Madrid at 9 am but couldnāt check in to our apartment until 3 pm .They picked up our luggage at the airport so we could then go and do our palace tour and lunch before getting it delivered straight to our apartment at 3. Communication was great. Would definitely use them again.

We had to change our luggage hold times and their service team was very helpful. The team at the airport for pickup very kindly let me retrieve my bag almost immediately because I'd realized I'd left a few must-haves in my carry-on, and they were at the exchange point on time for us to get our bags back. It was such a relief knowing that we didn't have to lug our bags around town, or be stuck in one place knowing that many places wouldn't appreciate all of our stuff cluttering up their inside spaces.
We had no possibility to lock our luggage anywhere. Luggit was the perfect solution. The driver came to our door, the luggage handled with care, secured and stored. At the agreed time we met the driver at our destination and was again perfectly handled. For us this saved a lot of nerves and time

Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
