Everything went very smoothly and as expected. The driver was on time waiting for us and our luggage at the agreed-upon location, and then they were safely delivered to the hotel at the agreed-upon time. Very friendly service, highly recommended.
This was such a great way to handle our luggage when we arrived back from a cruise but could not check into our Airbnb until many hours later. They met us at the cruise port, tagged our bags, and then delivered them to us 7 hours later. So easy! We highly recommend!

We arrived in Porto, Portugal in the morning and couldnāt check in until the afternoon. First time using Luggit and we were so happy with them. Booking process was super easy and our bags were picked up and dropped off right on time. We enven ended up asking them to take a couple extra bags for us and they were able to do it. After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information. Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
