We were looking for a place to store our luggage as we could not leave it in our airbnb and came across luggit spontaneously. We booked the luggage pick up 1 hour before it got picked up, availabilities and communication was prompt and professional. What surprised me the most was that we literally had our luggage picked up from the cafe we had breakfast at - not only that, but the driver was also on time. Our luggage was also returned to our airbnb on time. Such a great and convenient service. The driver was also super nice. Although he could not speak English very well, communication went smooth via the whatsapp chat - will definitely use luggit again in the future

Super convenient and great communication. I’ve never used the service before and it was made so easy, very helpful people and excellent on time pick up and delivery. I realised I’d entered the address wrong at first and used the live chat function to correct, they responded straight away and amended the booking immediately. The people on both pick up and delivery were friendly and helpful.

First time using Luggit in Lisbon. Service was 5 star! Jose collected our luggage on time, professionally and reassured us it would be delivered on the agreed time at Lisbon airport. We had the whole day to explore more of the city luggage free! We were delayed getting to the airport at the agreed time and the team at Luggit was reassuring, competent and so understanding. They answered messages almost immediately and we arrived 20 mins late. But they waited abd kept in touch throughout. Definitely will use them again. Thank you so much.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered.
During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to €500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200€.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags.
You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information.
Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).

Any financial or bureaucratic questions should be sent by email to: support@luggit.app.
To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of €7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of €10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
