Our flight to Portugal was an hour late and we were in the customs line for almost 3 hours. The agents at LUGGit were accommodating. We finally got our luggage from airport 2 hours past our original pickup time. Driver/keeper arrived right away to get our luggage and delivered them to our hotel on time. Book online through our Website , selecting the time and location where you want your luggage collected and delivered. A Keeper (our professional driver) will meet you at the scheduled time and location to collect your luggage.

LUGGit prices start at €2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:
Basic Plan
-Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 24 hours before pickup: €10.00 fee
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: €20.00 fee
Flexible Plan
-Up to 1 hour before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: €20.00 fee
Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
