Luggage was picked up from our rental apartment at 9:30am and delivered to us at the airport at 6:30pm leaving us free to do some last minute exploring without having to drag bags around with us. Driver was really friendly and communicated well beforehand. Thoroughly recommend this service.

We used the service two times. We arrive very early and our departure was late in the evening. Therefore it was very convenient for us and worthwhile. On both dates the people of LUGGit arrived in time and they were very friendly. Compliments for the service.

Things could not have gone any better. Drivers were waiting for us. I went outside our AirBNB 15 minutes before Luggit drop off time. The guy was there waiting for us. The service is excellent and we got enjoy our first day exploring Lisbon.

Even though I requested the service urgently in the morning, it was available for the afternoon service. â The keeper Franco Mashi was friendly and kind. â Service fee is reasonable even for the high insurance. â It was so good that I can reserve pick up and delivery place differently. I hope Luggit is still around when I visit Barcelona again. It is perfect service for travelers all over the world.
Perfect for sending luggage to the airport
Perfect service for those having lots of luggage and a late return flight. They'll pick up your bags at your chosen time and deliver them to the airport also at your chosen time. I'm sure I will be using Luggit again in the near future.
Bruno was amazing
Bruno was amazing. With a 4 hour wait till we were able to get into the condo, it was great to be relieved of all our luggage. Communication with this company is outstanding. We were able to use WhatsApp to communicate exact location for pick up at the airport. Drop off was just as seamless. Bruno even gave us some transportation recommendations, and provided wonderful customer service start to finish.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. Itâs the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered.
During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to âŹ500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200âŹ.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags.
You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information.
Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).

Any financial or bureaucratic questions should be sent by email to: support@luggit.app.
To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of âŹ7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of âŹ10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
