Luggit was fantastic to work with. I made my reservation through their app which was very easy to use. I immediately received a confirmation via WhatsApp and they contacted me the night before to confirm the details. I had to make 2 changes to my reservation and they immediately contacted me to confirm the changes (arrival terminal was changed and I moved my delivery time up an hour). Communication was great and the Keepers were professional and on time. We will definitely use this service again.

We landed in Lisbon at 6:30 am but could not get into our lodgings until 4:00 pm. Extremely helpful even when we got lost finding our Air B&B and waited an additional 45 minutes. A service I didn't know existed but will use again ans definitely recommend.

LUGGit prices start at âŹ2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyâre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500âŹ, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200⏠per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:

Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
