I did not want to spend alot of money purchasing a replacement garment travelling rolling bag that I originally purchased in August 2024. Lug it did not promise me that they could fix it, but rather to bring in the bag and after they had examined it, they would let me know if it could be fixed plus they gave a guest estimate of the price. Less than 24 hours later, the proprietor had telephoned my husband having fixed the bag. When my husband arrived he was amazed at how low the total price was!
The luggage was picked up and delivered on time. The employers were very nice and professional
Quick reply, found a keeper who picked up and delivered on time. You can have a few hours walking around in the city without having to carry the bags with you.
This was my first experience using Luggit, and I would highly recommend it to anyone with a busy travel schedule who doesn’t want to carry large luggage around. The keeper was on time and handled everything carefully. I would definitely use this service again!
Very easy and practic
The driver was right on time for pick up & delivery. At cruise terminal the driver actually waited for our other pieces of luggage. We were in constant telephone communication. Great job & would use this service again.
I found it simple to use and every stage of the process was painless . They were there when they said they would be there . We give them the bags so we didn't have to take them with us while we waited to goto the airport . 100% be using again.

What a great service! We were able to drop our bags with the driver outside the train station, spend the entire day sightseeing, and then go to our apartment when it was time to check in, and have our bags returned to us. It was so much better than having to find a baggage drop location and then go back. Well worth the (reasonable) fee. Booking was easy, and they kept in touch via the app advising when they would be arriving. Easy!

It was very convenient, we didn’t have to think or find drop luggage point. They came and pick up our luggage and transferred them to the airport.
Luggage collection and delivery were punctual and smooth. The driver Ricardo was polite and helpful. Very good service indeed.

It is really amazing service. You have to leave accommodation in the morning and have late nigh flight. You can enjoy that day without heavy luggage. Also you do not lose any time going back and forward to and form some locker. I had some difficulties finding the gay in front of Park Guell. He did not ware orange vest and there are 3 entrances. But we find each other and it all went just perfect.
