Luggit was fantastic to work with
Luggit was fantastic to work with. I made my reservation through their app which was very easy to use. I immediately received a confirmation via WhatsApp and they contacted me the night before to confirm the details. I had to make 2 changes to my reservation and they immediately contacted me to confirm the changes (arrival terminal was changed and I moved my delivery time up an hour). Communication was great and the Keepers were professional and on time. We will definitely use this service again.

Excellent service
Excellent service. We had a great all-round experience. Luggage collected on time, frienely handler and the luggage was delivered to us as asked at the airport later in the day. Would definitely recommend.

Pick up was easy right outside of the terminal and drop off was early. Perfect solution to having a significant time lapse between our cruise arrival and check-in at our Airbnb.

We landed in Lisbon at 6:30 am but…
We landed in Lisbon at 6:30 am but could not get into our lodgings until 4:00 pm. Extremely helpful even when we got lost finding our Air B&B and waited an additional 45 minutes. A service I didn't know existed but will use again ans definitely recommend.

Simple, fast and safe keeping service
I booked the service only 40 minutes before. The app worked very well, I did my booking very fast, and the Keeper arrived on time. The keeper was very friendly and was always on time. I received my luggage back complete and in well state. I will use this service more often. Highly recommended.

This is my first time using Luggit. The guy who took my bag was very nice. It was easy to find the meeting point. It's very convenient and hassle-free, so we can walk around the city without a suitcase. 😊

This was an excellent service
This was an excellent service! Booking was easy and fast. The driver arrived a few minutes before pickup and dropoff time and communicated well. I would definitely use them again.

Service was easy to use
Service was easy to use, from booking to drop off to pick up! The communication from staff is top notch, and when I needed to make a change to my booking it was confirmed within 20 minutes. Highly reccommend!

Great service …
Our luggage collection agent kindly waited whilst we were coming through customs and passport control. He sealed our bags took them away, leaving us bag free and then delivered them to our destination at the agreed time later that day. This meant we had all day to explore without lugging bags round. Great service- would definitely recommend!
