Booked with them on a Saturday night (May 2026) for Athens luggage transport to the airport, and they confirmed pickup on Sunday evening (maybe because it was a weekend). Would have appreciated a quicker confirmation. But once that was done, everything went extremely well. The driver arrived on time for the pickup, helped with the luggage, waited for an extra 15 minutes at the airport when we were delayed, and was quite friendly and professional (thanks Konstantinos). Would recommend.

This is the absolutely best service when you do not know where to store your luggage. I had to switch apartments in Athens, which means nowhere to put the luggage between check out and new check in. Konstantinos came exactly on time to pick up my bag in the morning and delivered it to the new address in the afternoon and I had a carefree day in Athens to stroll around and feel confident my luggage was taken care of. This is the second time I use luggit and recommend it to everyone, really. Thanks for great service!

Good communication from this company when liasing where and to collect luggage . They collected from the airport and delivered to our accommodation so we didn’t have to take our cases around the city with us.

Great experience. The airport is a bit confusing but the driver waited for the bags despite a hold up in customs and trying to find the van. He showed up early to drop off the bags after we spent the day meandering around the city unencumbered by our stuff.

De service wordt geleverd door professionele chauffeurs (Bewaarders), die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ophalen, opslaan en afleveren van de bagage.
Gedurende de hele service kunnen klanten hun bagage volgen (door onze mobiele applicatie te downloaden) en de klantenservice is altijd beschikbaar.
Na het boeken van de service ontvangt u een bevestigingsmail en een WhatsApp-bericht met alle informatie. Voor de ophaaltijd ontvangt u alle informatie over de Keeper (naam, voertuiggegevens en contact).
Door onze mobiele app te downloaden (Android of iOS), kunt u de locatie van uw bagage tijdens de service in realtime volgen.
Wanneer de Keeper aankomt op de ophaal- of afleverlocatie, bellen ze u zodat u elkaar gemakkelijk kunt vinden. Bovendien dragen onze Keepers een oranje vest, zodat u ze snel kunt herkennen.
