Convenient, reliable, and stress-free

LUGGit was very convenient and quick to arrange! Communication was smooth via WhatsApp with all the necessary updates, and being able to track the driver online before pickup gave me extra peace of mind. If you’re checking out in the morning but flying in the evening, this service is fantastic - it lets you explore the city hassle-free without being tied to a specific location!

Deze service was een Top-ervaring. De koerier (Victor ) was op ruim op tijd op de luchthaven en bracht onze loodzware koffers op de afgesproken tijd ter plaatse op ons verblijf in Lissabon. Het adres was zeer moeilijk te vinden en door trappen niet te bereiken met de wagen. Victor deed er alles aan om ons als dan nog te vinden en de bagage goed af te leveren. Fantastische service.

Fantastic service.

Fantastic service. Booked for our luggage to be collected from our apartment, friendly helpful staff collected it, and we arranged a time to drop off back to us at the airport. In the end we were at the airport early, and they we able to accommodate dropping off our luggage earlier than had been agreed at no extra cost. Super responsive on WhatsApp to our queries giving name and collector to give us assurance about handing over our luggage! The orange vests made it very easy to identify the team

Safe and convenient

Service was as advertised. Transporter was very friendly, picked up our luggage at our hotel and delivered it to the airport so we could enjoy our last day. Would use again!
