어플로 짐의 위치를 알 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 제 숙소는 차로 오기 어려운 곳이여서 걱정했는데, 일찍이 오셔서 저를 기다리고 있었습니다. 덕분에 너무나도 감사했습니다. 공항에서도, 짐을 찾을 때 매우 편리했습니다. 약속된 시간보다 일찍 와계셔서 덕분에 더 빠르게 픽업할 수 있었습니다.

포르투에서 저녁 비행기로 아웃이라 캐리어와 배낭이 귀찮았는데 LUGGit 서비스가 있는걸 보고 신청했는데 대만족이었습니다. 짐을 픽업하러 오기 전에 전화도 주시고 어디서 만나자고 자세히 설명도 해주셨어요. 공항에서 짐을 받을 때도 매우 친절했었고 포르투에 대한 설명 등 스몰토크까지도 너무 좋았습니다. 전세계로 확장되면 좋을 것 같은 서비스였어요.

What an amazing company from start to finish. Organising the pick up was easy, great communication on the day and our keeper Victor climbed a trillion steps to pick up our case greeting us with a smile on collection. We picked up our case from the airport at the scheduled time and the whole experience was seamless. We would 100% recommend this company.

A must-know luggage service for anyone visiting Lisbon!

Thanks to LUGGit, we were able to make the most of our last day in Lisbon — visiting all the places we couldn’t see before — and travel to the airport light and stress-free. After checking out, we still had about 4–5 hours before our flight, but our hotel didn’t allow luggage storage. While looking for a storage place, we luckily came across this amazing service. If we hadn’t, we probably would’ve spent all our time just finding and retrieving our luggage instead of sightseeing. We checked in three carry-ons and two large backpacks, and a very kind person came to pick them up. At the airport, another friendly staff member delivered them perfectly. I truly wish more travel destinations had a service like this. Considering that they picked up our bags at the hotel, stored them safely for several hours, and delivered them directly to the airport, the price felt incredibly reasonable — honestly, the best value service we experienced on our trip. They kept us updated by email, text message, and app notifications, so we felt completely at ease the whole time. Our entire family was impressed and grateful. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs a convenient, reliable way to enjoy their last hours in the city without worrying about luggage.

Great communication and our bag keeper, Victor was amazing. He was careful with our bags, and made sure everything was picked up and delivered at the right spot. Couldn't be happy with everything, and will definitely use LUGGit again.
