Thank you for keeping my luggage safe. It was also helpful to know about dangerous areas near the hotel!
Super nice! He is special driver! So good!
Very good for us
So convenient and reliable!
Very good and fast way, very comfortable.
Communication was great. They were where they said they would be and on time
The driver was kind, smiling, on time on departure and at the airport. I recommand
Verification and messaging prompt and easy to understand Able to track own luggage Meant I got an extra day to explore instead of sitting at the Airport all day
Really great. Both pick and drop off was early and the team working was fiendly.
Easy booking, Efficient pickup and ontime delivery
Great service, very easy to deal with and delivered our luggage u damaged and on time exactly when & where we needed it, would definitely use this service again.
Since I traveled on part of the Camino Santiago with only a backpack, I needed to store my luggage. LUGGit did a great job from start to finish. The communication during set up was clear and helpful. The pick up and delivery was not just on time but a bit early. LUGGit securely stored my luggage; all of this gave me peace of mind while walking the Camino.
Good service.
We met the staff member at the port, and were immediately interested in the service. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and when I initially messed up the destination address they were easily reachable on WhatsApp and solved my issue immediately. The bags were on time, in good condition, and service was friendly and professional throughout. I will 100% use this service again
I was starting the Camino de Santiago from Lisbon. I had planned on having Ivar come pick up my bag and sent it ahead to Santiago de Compestela. When I went to set it up they couldn’t come get it for 3 days. I found Luggit. Easy set up online. They were amazing. Super fast whats app messaging. Picked my bag up within an hour. I ended up changing my route and finishing ahead of schedule so I had to update my bag drop off info twice and they were so nice about it. I received a credit because my storage was less days than booked. My bag made it to me a bit ahead of schedule. Both the pick up and drop off drivers were so nice. Highly recommend!
On time and great communication!
A creative service we hadn’t heard of before - super helpful so we didn’t have to drag our big suitcase around hilly cobblestone streets for 4 hours! They were so friendly and helpful and patient when our train didn’t arrive on time. Highly recommend!
Prompt and polite! Great service
