The price was fair, the service was excellent, and when I initially messed up the destination address they were easily reachable on WhatsApp and solved my issue immediately. I was starting the Camino de Santiago from Lisbon. I had planned on having Ivar come pick up my bag and sent it ahead to Santiago de Compestela. When I went to set it up they couldnāt come get it for 3 days. I found Luggit. Easy set up online. They were amazing. Super fast whats app messaging. Picked my bag up within an hour. I ended up changing my route and finishing ahead of schedule so I had to update my bag drop off info twice and they were so nice about it. I received a credit because my storage was less days than booked. My bag made it to me a bit ahead of schedule. Both the pick up and drop off drivers were so nice. Highly recommend!

A creative service we hadnāt heard of before - super helpful so we didnāt have to drag our big suitcase around hilly cobblestone streets for 4 hours! They were so friendly and helpful and patient when our train didnāt arrive on time. Highly recommend!

The person that picked up the bag was very professional, even though I put in the wrong phone number and he couldnt contact me, he still went to the agreed location and picked up the bags on time, and had me fix the phone number issue. 0 attitude, none, pure professionalism. The bags were picked up and delivered to the airport on time with no delays.

Had an extra bag in Barcelona that I didn't want to lug around Spain. Luggit picked it up, stored it for a week, and deliver back at my new hotel. Fantastic! Cost a third of storage price at airport and the drivers (Keepers) were punctual and friendly. The app allowed great communication for pick-up and delivery, even when I got delayed for the delivery.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.
