I used luggit in Porto to store a large bag while on an excursion to the Douro Valley. What a breeze it was to travel light for a few days and have the large bag delivered to a different hotel on returning to Porto. Very reliable, convenient and pleasant experience. Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.
