At first there was some confusion about the delivery place and time. However, when I was able to get in touch with someone all my questions were answered. Our luggage was picked up where and when we requested and delivered to us at our VRBO right on time later in the day. This is an awesome service when traveling so you do not have to drag bags around until you can check in where you are staying. Everyone we had dealings with was very polite, kind and helpful. We will certainly use them in the future. Thank you Luggit

First timers and won’t be the last
First time using this service and we had our luggage collected and stored for 3.5hrs so we could visit the last little bit of sites without dragging the cases. They collected and delivered on time and we did not find this expensive at all.

LUGGit prices start at 4.99€ per bag, but the final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, how long you need storage, and the number of bags.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

After you book, we’ll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.
You can track your luggage in real time using our app (Android or iOS). When your Keeper arrives at the pickup or delivery location, they’ll give you a call to help you meet up easily. Keep an eye out for their bright orange LUGGit vest, it makes them easy to spot!

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:

-Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 24 hours before pickup: €10.00 fee
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: €20.00 fee
Flexible Plan
-Up to 1 hour before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: €20.00 fee
Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
