I am really happy we chose Luggit to transport our baggage for a family of 5 from the airport to our rental. I felt thar our baggage was 100% secure - they added bar coded zip ties to securely lock each one of our bags. The driver was polite and prompt. Highly recommend- using this service allowed us to explore freely for a few hours before our apartment was ready.

Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyโre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500โฌ, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200โฌ per bag, during booking.

After you book, weโll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeperโs name, vehicle details, and contact information.
