Highly recommend this service. It was exactly as expected. Douglas was on time for pickup at the airport and delivery to our accommodation later in the day. Very convenient and we were able to enjoy our day without worrying about our luggage.
Fabulous experience, great company to work with
The company proved absolutely excellent service. They were on time at all meeting places and extremely accommodating. For example, we were quite delayed arriving to the meeting place, but they waited for us anyway, and were quite pleasant about the problem. The luggage seemed quite secure, and the company was staffed by excellent communicators, promptly answering each of our messages. I felt completely confident leaving my baggage with them. I would definitely use them again. Employees were quite friendly.

Excellent luggage storage service! Keeper Douglas met us right at the airport and delivered our luggages directly to our accommodation, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. The entire transaction was seamless from start to finish. Communication was clear and prompt, and we felt confident that our luggages were in safe, trustworthy hands the whole time while we are busy exploring Lisbon. Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyâre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500âŹ, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200⏠per bag, during booking.

After you book, weâll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeperâs name, vehicle details, and contact information.
