Wow! This service was a lifesaver. The keeper was on time, friendly and explained the process well. Communication through the customer service chat was great and I truly felt like my stuff was in good hands. Not only that but customer service went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute time and location change for drop off as my accommodation cancelled on me. Anyways! Never used the feature before. We were planning on going to Porto, from Lisbon; only to realize thereās strikes all over. So we decided to stay in town. However, we already checked out of our hotel. While we waited for checking to our airbnb; which was 41/2 hrs until check in time-our Airbnb host recommended we use this service. They also gave us a discount code! What a great idea! They arrived promptly, and returned our bags early!

I didnāt know about the service before I went to Lisbon so it was my first time using it. This is such an amazing idea. Itās always annoying that youāre stuck with your suitcase on your departure day, especially when thereās more than enough time to do things until your flight for example. Luggit is the perfect solution. Everything went smoothly. Booking was super easy, the communication was great and the driver was punctual and friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After you book, weāll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeperās name, vehicle details, and contact information.
