Incredible Experience
LUGGit, was the best decision to make when I learned we would not be able to check in to the rented apartment till mid afternoon. Of course all was set for our arrival and the plane arrived almost 2 hours late. Then the Entry/Customs was well over an hour wait. LUGGit was amazing with the flexibility and communication. The service of collecting the luggage and delivering was truly outstanding. What a wonderful experience and service.

Simple and seamless
This was literally the easiest and most seamless thing. I was a bit wary about using a delivery service for my luggage but this made everything so easy and simple. I was able to spend my last day in Porto without lugging my luggage around. It was lovely. I would 100% recommend this service again and will be using in the future when I travel.

Domingo was on time for pick up
Domingo was on time for pick up, fractionally early in fact but we'd factored that in and were ready for him. My tip would be to allow a little bit of extra time if flying from Madrid international as the drop off and pick up area can get chaotic. Overall the experience was great, much easier than lugging suitcases around Madrid all day.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. Itās the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered.
During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to ā¬500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200ā¬.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags.
You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information.
Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).

To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of ā¬7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of ā¬10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
