Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to represent LUGGit at BTL (Bolsa de Turismo de Lisboa), one of the biggest tourism fairs in Portugal. It was a fantastic experience that allowed us to showcase our service, connect with industry professionals, and engage with potential partners, travel agencies, and hotels.

Day 1: Setting the Stage

The first day was all about getting everything ready. From setting up our stand to making sure our branding was visible, we were excited to create an inviting space where visitors could learn more about how LUGGit is revolutionizing luggage handling for travelers.  The energy in the venue was vibrant, with companies from various regions and different countries gathering to present their services.

Our booth quickly became a hotspot for discussions about travel convenience. Many visitors, including representatives from travel agencies and hotels, were intrigued by how LUGGit picks up, stores, and delivers luggage at a time and place that suits the traveler. The seamless nature of our service sparked great conversations, and we knew this was going to be an exciting event.

Day 2: Networking & New Opportunities

The second day was a whirlwind of meetings, networking, and demonstrations. We had the chance to meet property managers, hoteliers, and travel agencies who were eager to explore how they could integrate LUGGit into their offerings. It was inspiring to hear how much the industry values solutions that enhance the traveler experience and simplify operations.

One of the highlights was engaging with current and potential partners from hotels, travel agencies, and property managers who shared our vision of hassle-free travel. Valuable feedback from our partners is helping us refine and enhance LUGGit. The idea of optimizing guest experiences with seamless luggage solutions resonated well, leading to meaningful discussions about future collaborations. These interactions reinforced our belief that LUGGit is not just a convenience but a necessity in modern travel.

A Special Milestone: Launching Our New B2B Model

This year’s BTL was particularly special for us as we officially launched our new business model tailored specifically for Travel Agencies, DMCs, and Hotels. This B2B-focused approach is designed to empower businesses in the travel and hospitality industry by seamlessly integrating LUGGit’s luggage solutions into their services. By offering a streamlined, hassle-free luggage experience, our partners can enhance guest satisfaction and differentiate themselves in a competitive market. The response to our new model was overwhelmingly positive, with many industry professionals recognizing the added value it brings to their operations and customer experience.

Final Day: Wrapping Up & Looking Ahead

As the event came to a close, we reflected on the amazing connections we made, including the insightful exchanges with Feel Porto, Ynovv BeLocal and Unlock Boutique Hotels, as well as the enthusiastic responses we received. BTL provided us with the perfect platform to showcase LUGGit’s value, and we left with a renewed sense of purpose and excitement for what’s ahead.

A huge thank you to everyone who visited our stand, shared their thoughts, and showed interest in our service. Special thanks to Airmet for joining us as a new partner and for the exciting opportunities ahead. We can’t wait to build on these relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and other industry professionals to continue transforming the way people travel.

Until next time, BTL!
