First of all, when our schedule was about to be ruined due to airline baggage delays, the Luggit team provided great assistance, allowing us to safely complete our itinerary and honeymoon. We extend our infinite gratitude to the manager and driver who helped us.

Our luggage collection agent kindly waited whilst we were coming through customs and passport control. He sealed our bags took them away, leaving us bag free and then delivered them to our destination at the agreed time later that day. This meant we had all day to explore without lugging bags round. Great service- would definitely recommend!

I love that I was able to have someone pickup my luggage at my hotel, then bring it back for me at the airport. I was able to travel to another country worry free.
Surpassed expectations
Easy booking, excellent service, and great communication from beginning to end. It was real relief not to have to drag our bags around with us while waiting to check-in to our Airbnb and enabled us to enjoy an extra half day of sightseeing. LUGGit definitely surpassed our expectations.

LUGGit prices start at ā¬2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:

Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
