Booking was easy, communication was prompt and clear, and the driver arrived right on time to pick up my bags from the Airbnb. They handled everything with great care, our luggage was properly tagged, protected, and delivered to the airport well before check-in. What impressed me most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They provided tracking updates and answered our questions quickly, which made the whole transfer worry-free. The price was fair for the convenience and peace of mind they provided. If you’re traveling and want to skip lugging bags to the airport, this service is an absolute must. A perfect service is so worth it
Very close to a perfect service. I had some difficulties on the payment page because the payment was declared failed but taken from my account. Thankfully, a chat agent solved everything quickly. Message that the collector had arrived was a bit wrong and took me on a 400 meter wrong trip, the collector actually stopped right outside the building. Picked up and zip tied in front of me. Totally worth the service not to lug the bags to a locker by Taxi and then have to worry about collecting them later. We had the whole day to wander around and get to the airport in our own time. Collection point was right outside departures so we hung around, grabbed the bags and strolled right in. Saved hassle, effort and time. Totally recommend this and I will consider using the service in other applicable countries. Thank you so much.

Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

After you book, we’ll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.
You can track your luggage in real time using our app (Android or iOS). When your Keeper arrives at the pickup or delivery location, they’ll give you a call to help you meet up easily. Keep an eye out for their bright orange LUGGit vest, it makes them easy to spot!
