I arrived at Lisbon Airport at 6:20 AM, so I couldn't check into my Airbnb. I was worried about being able to tour with my large luggage, so I learned about the Luggit service through travel bloggers' posts. Lisbon is famous for its narrow, steep alleys and cobblestone streets. I absolutely couldn't drag my luggage around. So, I used Luggit and booked a transfer from the airport at 8:30 AM to my Airbnb at 4 PM. I had two large suitcases and a Boston bag. This service made my first trip to the airport very light and enjoyable. The service started at 8:00 AM, which was earlier than the scheduled time, and the driver arrived at the arrival location 20 minutes earlier than scheduled, waiting for me. He was also very friendly, and the center's prompt and accurate response was just like the service I've seen in Korea, which was great. One important thing to note is that I didn't book this service in advance, but applied for it on the day I arrived at the airport. I couldn't decide what time to request the service to start due to flight delays and immigration delays. I'm very satisfied with Luggit. I highly recommend Luggit! I will share this service with my friends and coworkers. I'm very grateful for Luggit's service.

This service made our trip so easy! Our bags were picked up from the airport arrivals, and we directly took a bus to start a 4-day hike on the Costa Brava trails. When we returned to Barcelona, our bags were brought to our hotel. We then boarded a cruise ship. Perfect!

So smooth pick up and drop off! Loved this service, perfect for those who arrive early but still have a later check in. Would recommend to everyone! I chose the basic safety and was not worried a bit, he locked our bags with zip locks with sensors so we could track the bags and then opened them in front of me when he arrived!

Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app (Android or iOS) and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

After you book, we’ll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.
You can track your luggage in real time using our app (Android or iOS). When your Keeper arrives at the pickup or delivery location, they’ll give you a call to help you meet up easily. Keep an eye out for their bright orange LUGGit vest, it makes them easy to spot!
