Iāve never used a service like this before, but it was great. The ākeeperā to pickup my luggage was on time and thorough when ensuring that everything was zipped tied to know nothing would be tampered with. The ākeeperā to deliver my luggage was actually a head of schedule and delivered it right to the place I was staying at.

They collected my luggage from a hotel near the Madrid airport one day, stored it safely, and delivered it the very next day to my daughter in downtown Madrid. Excellent service that I would recommend. Cost us an extra fee cause it took longer than expected to clear security at the airport so we arrived late at the meeting point but that is on us. Allowed us to freely enjoy our first day in Porto. Luggage was delivered on time at our apartment at the end of day. Friendly staff!

Excellent service and amazing communication. Had few unexpected changes in my itinerary due to flight cancellations which meant I could not receive my luggage back, the team reached out to me in the midst of everything and was very supportive and flexible. The whole process was extremely smooth and I didnāt worry about my stuff once while it was in storage!

Great service, they helped correct our booking after we already arrived in Barcelona and had alternative pick up organized within an hour. I'd recommend this to anybody. They stored our two bikes and a suitcase and took great care of it.

Book online through our Website , selecting the time and location where you want your luggage collected and delivered. A Keeper (our professional driver) will meet you at the scheduled time and location to collect your luggage.

LUGGit prices start at ā¬2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:
Basic Plan
-Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 24 hours before pickup: ā¬10.00 fee
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: ā¬17.50 fee
Flexible Plan
-Up to 1 hour before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: ā¬17.50 fee
Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
