Last week, we had the extraordinary opportunity to represent LUGGit at BTL (Lisbon Tourism Exchange), one of the largest tourism fairs in Portugal. It was a fantastic experience that allowed us to showcase our service, connect with industry professionals, and interact with potential partners, travel agencies, and hotels.
The first day was dedicated to preparing everything in detail. From setting up our stand to ensuring that our brand was highly visible, we were excited to create a welcoming space where visitors could discover how LUGGit is revolutionizing luggage transportation for travelers. The energy in the venue was contagious, with companies from various regions and countries presenting their services.
Our stand quickly stood out as a privileged meeting point for relevant conversations about the sector, including market trends and service solutions. Many visitors, including representatives from travel agencies and hotels, showed great interest in how LUGGit collects, stores, and delivers luggage at the most convenient place and time for the traveler. The simplicity and convenience of our service sparked interest and generated good conversations that allowed us to receive relevant insights into the needs and future prospects of the sector.

The second day was intense, full of meetings, contacts and demonstrations. We had the opportunity to meet accommodation managers, hoteliers and representatives of travel agencies excited to explore ways to integrate LUGGit into their services. It was inspiring to hear how much the sector values solutions that improve the customer experience and simplify operations.
One of the highlights was the contact with current and potential partners – from hotels, agencies and local accommodation property managers – who share with us the vision of a hassle-free trip. The valuable feedback from our partners is essential for the continuous improvement of the service we provide at LUGGit. The idea of optimizing the guest experience through simple, practical solutions that generate convenience, fueled promising discussions about future collaborations. These interactions reinforced our conviction that LUGGit is not just a convenience — it's a necessity in modern tourism.
BTL 2025 was particularly special for us, as we officially launched our new business model. This B2B approach aims to empower businesses in the tourism and hotel sector, seamlessly integrating LUGGit's solutions into their services.
By providing a tailored and hassle-free luggage experience, our partners can increase the satisfaction of their guests and stand out in an increasingly competitive market. The reaction to the new model was extremely positive, with many professionals in the sector recognizing the added value for their operations and customer experience.

As the event came to an end, we reflected on the interactions we established with potential and current partners such as Feel Porto, BeLocal, Ynnov and Unlock Boutique Hotels, as well as the enthusiasm shown by visitors. BTL was the ideal space for us to show the value of LUGGit, and we closed our participation with a renewed sense of purpose and motivation for the future.
We thank everyone who visited our stand, shared insights and showed interest in our service. Special recognition to Airmet for the trust placed in joining us as a new partner – we look forward with enthusiasm to future opportunities. We are focused on strengthening collaboration with travel agencies, hotels and other professionals in the sector, while continuing to redefine the way people travel.
Thank you and until next time, BTL!
