Service worked wonderfully. We were changing accommodations in Lisbon and needed bag storage between check out and check in. They picked up directly outside one Airbnb and dropped off later that evening outside the next. On time pick up and delivery made it super convenient. Would absolutely use again.

I learned about this service through the apartment rental I made for my time in Lisbon. I was able to spend a few hours in Lisbon luggage-free while waiting for my apartment to become ready because of your helpful service. LUGGit communicated with me on WhatsApp as my timing was delayed. My Suitcases arrived perfectly on time to my apartment right as I was checking in, and I was able to have my things while enjoying being free of my bags as I wandered through the City for several hours. I am so impressed with your service. I had booked another luggage service where I had to bring my bag to them and at the last minute, they were closed! I had to contact LUGGIT at the last minute in order to make my plane. They were responsive, helpful and prompt and saved the day. Brilliant service at a a very reasonable price. Used them in Lisbon as we had a night time flight. Our bags were picked up at the rented apartment in the morning exactly on time, and the driver was waiting to meet us at Lisbon airport we got there that night. Bags are locked with special tags which gives great confidence. We were able to relax in Lisbon for the day knowing our bags would be at the airport for our flight giving us great freedom and flexibility.

LUGGit prices start at €2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
