Effortless Service
We had a fantastic experience with LUGGit from start to finish. The whole process was completely effortless and took a lot of stress out of our day. At both the port and the airport, the vans were already parked in exactly the right place ahead of time, which made everything seamless. The orange vests also made it very easy to quickly identify the team member on arrival. The staff we met in person were friendly, professional, and efficient. We needed to add an extra bag when we arrived at the van and this was handled without any fuss. The additional charge was very reasonable and easy to pay through the app. The app itself was excellent, with clear communication and regular updates throughout. Making adjustments to the booking and getting in touch with the team was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic service that we would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

It was quick and easy and made our time in Lisbon so much better because we didn't have to carry our luggage all over Lisbon with us when we got off the cruise ship. We arrived at 7 am at the docks. They picked up our luggage from there and our luggage was delivered to us at our rental at checkin that afternoon. Will use this service again! They were prompt for pickup and delivery.

The most comfortable luggage service I’ve ever experienced. We were able to choose the exact times that suited us, and they picked up our bags directly from our accommodation and delivered them straight to the airport terminal. The whole process was smooth, flexible, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Would highly recommend this service if…
Would highly recommend this service if you have a later flight home after a holiday. The driver was on time to pick up our luggage and delivered it back to the airport exactly at the time agreed. We got a whole last day of our holiday without having to worry about carrying bags around or going back to a location to pick them up.

LUGGit is een bagage ophaal-, opslag- en bezorgservice die reizen gemakkelijker maakt, vooral voor uw check-in of na de check-out.
Boek online via onze website of app door te kiezen wanneer en waar u uw bagage wilt laten ophalen en bezorgen. Een Keeper (onze professionele chauffeur) ontmoet u op de afgesproken tijd en locatie om uw bagage op te halen.
U kunt uw tassen in real-time volgen via de app en op elk moment contact opnemen met ons ondersteuningsteam via live chat of WhatsApp. Reis handsfree terwijl wij uw bagage veilig naar uw bestemming brengen!

LUGGit-prijzen beginnen bij 4,99€ per tas, maar de uiteindelijke kosten zijn afhankelijk van uw ophaal- en bezorglocaties, hoe lang u opslag nodig heeft en het aantal tassen.
Om een exacte offerte te krijgen, vult u eenvoudig het boekingsformulier in op onze website of app (Android of iOS). U ziet de volledige prijs voordat u bevestigt of een betaling doet.

Veiligheid is altijd onze prioriteit. Wanneer uw tassen worden opgehaald, worden ze verzegeld met een unieke, sabotagebestendige tag om ervoor te zorgen dat ze veilig gesloten en identificeerbaar blijven tijdens de service.
U kunt uw bagage in realtime volgen via de app (Android of iOS) en neem rechtstreeks contact op met uw Keeper indien nodig. Uw bagage wordt opgeslagen in een afgesloten, bewaakte faciliteit met zeer beperkte toegang.
Elke tas is automatisch verzekerd tot €500 en u kunt ervoor kiezen om tijdens het boeken te upgraden naar ons flexibele serviceplan, dat tot €1200 per tas dekt.

Nadat u geboekt heeft, sturen we een bevestigingsmail en WhatsApp-bericht met alle details van uw service. Ongeveer 30 minuten voor het ophalen ontvangt u ook de naam van uw Keeper, voertuiggegevens en contactinformatie.
U kunt uw bagage in real-time volgen via onze app (Android of iOS). Wanneer uw Keeper aankomt op de ophaal- of bezorglocatie, bellen ze u om u te helpen elkaar gemakkelijk te ontmoeten. Let op hun feloranje LUGGit-vest, dat maakt ze gemakkelijk te herkennen!
Voor veelvoorkomende locaties zoals luchthavens en treinstations gebruiken we vooraf gedefinieerde ontmoetingspunten om een soepel en efficiënt proces te garanderen. U kunt de lijst met ontmoetingspunten hieronder vinden:

U kunt uw boeking op elk moment annuleren door contact op te nemen met ons ondersteuningsteam via live chat of WhatsApp. Annuleringskosten zijn als volgt van toepassing, afhankelijk van het geselecteerde Serviceplan:
