Pick up and delivery went like planned, on time and easy. It was great that we didn't need to go back to our flat before heading airport, and no dragging suitcases around. I'll be using this service again!
Excellent peace of mind service
The LUGGit Keepers were on time at both pick up and drop off. And they waited for me at pick up as my flight was delayed and passport control was very slow. They stayed in communication and assured me they would wait. This was a relief and on less thing to stress about. It is a great service.

Effortless Service
We had a fantastic experience with LUGGit from start to finish. The whole process was completely effortless and took a lot of stress out of our day. At both the port and the airport, the vans were already parked in exactly the right place ahead of time, which made everything seamless. The orange vests also made it very easy to quickly identify the team member on arrival. The staff we met in person were friendly, professional, and efficient. We needed to add an extra bag when we arrived at the van and this was handled without any fuss. The additional charge was very reasonable and easy to pay through the app. The app itself was excellent, with clear communication and regular updates throughout. Making adjustments to the booking and getting in touch with the team was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic service that we would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

It was quick and easy and made our time in Lisbon so much better because we didn't have to carry our luggage all over Lisbon with us when we got off the cruise ship. We arrived at 7 am at the docks. They picked up our luggage from there and our luggage was delivered to us at our rental at checkin that afternoon. Will use this service again! They were prompt for pickup and delivery.

The most comfortable luggage service I’ve ever experienced. We were able to choose the exact times that suited us, and they picked up our bags directly from our accommodation and delivered them straight to the airport terminal. The whole process was smooth, flexible, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Great service. On time and professional! They picked up our bags at the door of our Airbnb early so we could explore the city for the day and then dropped them off at the train station that evening when we were ready to go.

Would highly recommend this service if…
Would highly recommend this service if you have a later flight home after a holiday. The driver was on time to pick up our luggage and delivered it back to the airport exactly at the time agreed. We got a whole last day of our holiday without having to worry about carrying bags around or going back to a location to pick them up.

Prenota online tramite il nostro sito web o l'app scegliendo quando e dove desideri ritirare e consegnare i tuoi bagagli. Un Keeper (il nostro autista professionista) ti incontrerà all'ora e nel luogo stabiliti per ritirare i tuoi bagagli.
Puoi tracciare i tuoi bagagli in tempo reale tramite l'app e raggiungere il nostro team di supporto in qualsiasi momento tramite chat dal vivo o WhatsApp. Viaggia a mani libere mentre consegniamo in sicurezza i tuoi bagagli a destinazione!

La sicurezza è sempre la nostra priorità. Quando i tuoi bagagli vengono ritirati, vengono sigillati con un'etichetta univoca a prova di manomissione per garantire che rimangano chiusi in modo sicuro e identificabili durante tutto il servizio.
Puoi tenere traccia dei tuoi bagagli in tempo reale tramite l'app (Android o iOS) e contattare direttamente il tuo Keeper, se necessario. I tuoi bagagli sono conservati in una struttura chiusa a chiave e monitorata con accesso molto limitato.
Ogni bagaglio è automaticamente assicurato fino a 500€ e puoi scegliere di passare al nostro piano di servizio flessibile, che copre fino a 1200€ per bagaglio, al momento della prenotazione.

Dopo la prenotazione, ti invieremo un'e-mail di conferma e un messaggio WhatsApp con tutti i dettagli del tuo servizio. Circa 30 minuti prima del ritiro, riceverai anche il nome del tuo Keeper, i dettagli del veicolo e le informazioni di contatto.
Puoi seguire i tuoi bagagli in tempo reale utilizzando la nostra app (Android o iOS). Quando il tuo Keeper arriva al punto di ritiro o consegna, ti chiamerà per aiutarti a incontrarlo facilmente. Tieni d'occhio il loro gilet arancione LUGGit, è facile individuarli!
