Super easy pick up of our luggage at the airport in the morning, and then drop off at the front door of our Airbnb in the afternoon on the same day. Allow us to explore parts of the city and not have to lug around our suitcases, which I can now say in Lisbon would have been an awful idea given the amount of cobblestone and hills/stairs. Driver’s/keepers of our luggage were very professional and accommodating, making us feel like our possessions were in safe hands. All suitcases and bags were secured with Security zip ties pick up and cut off at drop off.
Skeptical at first, but resulted in a huge convenience
I was skeptical about handing over our luggage but this service was very smooth: the keeper arrived on time, tagged our suitcases, answered questions and we met at the airport terminal as agreed. A huge convenience that gave us an extra day to explore the city!

This service was amazing! We were met right outside of the train station and had our bags dropped off right by the door once we were able to check into our AirBnb. Even though it was pouring rain, our keeper was very friendly and efficient. Many thanks!

Easy to book and very flexible pick up times. I liked that they inform you via WhatsApp or email when the drivers are a little late, so they always kept us informed. Pick up was easy going and the drivers seemed trustworthy. Also good that you can always call your driver directly if any questions come up and they were right on time at the airport. 10/10, would recommend.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered.
During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to €500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200€.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags.
You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information.
Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).
The best way to contact us is to send us a message on Whatsapp or via the Webpage chat (website or app).
Any financial or bureaucratic questions should be sent by email to: support@luggit.app.
To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of €7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of €10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
