LUGGit: How long have you been working in the vacation rental sector, and how was BP Residence born?
Dóra: I have been working in this sector for over 10 years, and BP Residence is a company that has been operating for 10 years, which I joined 9 months ago as Chief Operating Officer.
D: Several regulations have been introduced in the country that affect our activities, and we must constantly monitor the changes. Currently, even in Budapest, the issuing of permits is suspended, which makes operations more challenging.
D: Employee retention, motivation, the search for new apartments and the improvement of the quality of our services.

L: How important is guest satisfaction to you and what measures or actions do you take to ensure they have an unforgettable experience?
Q: Guest satisfaction is extremely important to us at BP Residence. We focus on personalized service, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. L: A common problem that guests encounter when traveling is where to leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out at the accommodation. Is this a problem that your guests experience on a daily basis? How do you solve it?
Q: Yes, this is a very common problem that our guests encounter, both before check-in and after check-out. To solve this problem, we are currently collaborating with Luggit, a luggage storage service, to ensure that our guests have a safe and convenient place to store their belongings. This way they can enjoy their time in the city without worrying about their luggage.

Q: We also generate revenue from guest bookings and our guests are more satisfied.
L: What advice would you give to other managers to achieve success in the vacation rental sector?

Pay attention to detail, be responsive to feedback, and continuously improve your services. Remaining flexible and adapting to changes in the industry is crucial, and never underestimate the value of clear communication and a personal touch.
