Pick up service was just in time. Super friendly guy, explained us the service + procedure (first time that we used LUGGit) Just in time delivery at the AirPort, with also friendly guy. Also top was the permanent information about WhatsApp and the current status.

Flawless timing and communication!
István was flawless in getting the job done and adapting to the locations and timing as our day had some unexpected changes, but that didn't stop or delay the service one bit. Almost as if they knew that was going to be the plan all along! Amazing communications to find us to grab our bags and the find us to drop the bags off at the airport. No complaints. Surely we will use them again!

The drivers who handled my bags were kind and gentle
The drivers who handled my bags were amazing and kind. They took care of my belongings with love. It was then given to me how it was taken. The driver in the morning was late due to the market around my area but they informed me and apologised for the delays. They made up for it by coming to drop my bag off at the airport 10mins earlier than my dropped off time. It was so convenient to walk around Lisbon without a bag. I would definitely use this again for my other trips!! Thank you Josè and Vítor!!

We would highly recommend this company and this service. They met us at the airport as prearranged and Jonathan, the driver, was so helpful providing us with information that we needed to get into the city. We could begin our tour of Lisbon without dragging our luggage along with us until we could access our Airbnb. It was wonderful. When we arrived at the Airbnb, Jonathan met us and even helped us carry our luggage up three flights!! He went above and beyond. Friendly, courteous, helpful. We’ll use them again.

LUGGit collects, stores and delivers your luggage wherever and whenever you want so you can make the most of your time in the city. It’s the ideal option for guests to use before check-in or after check-out.
The service is provided by professional drivers (Keepers), responsible for the collection, storage and delivery of the luggage.
Throughout the service, customers can keep track of their luggage is (by downloading our mobile application) and the assistance service is always available.
When the Keeper collects your luggage, they seal each bag with a tamper-proof seal with a unique number and QR code. These seals identify your bags and ensure they are untampered.
During the service, you always have access to your luggage location and the responsible Keeper's contact.
Each bag is insured for up to €500 to cover any unforeseen external event. When you request the service, you can activate the Premium insurance, insuring each bag for up to 1200€.
The value of the service takes into account three factors. The luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time, and the number and type of bags.
You can see the price on this page by filling out the conditions you want for the service. You can see the price before making any payment.
After booking the service, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and WhatsApp message with all the information.
Before the collection time, you will receive all the information about the Keeper (name, vehicle details, and contact).
By downloading our mobile app (Android or iOS), you can track your luggage location in real-time throughout the service.
When the Keeper arrives at the pick-up or delivery location, they call you so that you can find each other easily. Additionally, our Keepers wear an orange vest, so you can quickly identify them.
Our support service is available every day between 8 am and 8 pm local time (UTC/GMT+1).
The best way to contact us is to send us a message on Whatsapp or via the Webpage chat (website or app).
Any financial or bureaucratic questions should be sent by email to: support@luggit.app.
To cancel the service or change its conditions, you must contact our team, identifying the request ID and your requirements.
You may cancel the service free of charge up to the day before the scheduled service.
However, if you cancel on the same day, a fee of €7.50 will apply. Additionally, if you cancel less than 30 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time, a fee of €10.00 will be charged. Failure to show up for the service will lead to the total loss of its value.
