I had no idea this service existed. It was great! It basically gave us a whole extra day in Barcelona because we didn’t have to worry about our luggage between checking out from our accommodation and arriving at the airport. We had an excellent experience with LUGGit and would definitely use them again. Carla met us at Porto airport to collect our bags and dropped them at our apartment later that afternoon. Our flight was delayed and it took forever to get through passport control but Carla was kind, cheerful and helpful and took all the stress out of it! The app helped co-ordinate the pick up (and drop off) and she spoke great English so we could speak on the phone while the delays were going on. Fantastic service and a great start to our holiday!

I had a great experience using Luggit. I needed a place to store my luggage between hotel check-out and check-in, and their service was exactly what I needed. The whole process was smooth and easy to arrange. I felt completely safe leaving my belongings with them and everything was returned in perfect condition. It really gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my free time without dragging bags around. Highly recommend!

LUGGit is a luggage pickup, storage, and delivery service that makes travel easier, especially before your check-in or after check-out.
Book online through our website or app by choosing when and where you want your bags picked up and delivered. A Keeper (our professional driver) will meet you at the scheduled time and location to collect your luggage.
You can track your bags in real-time in the app, and if you need assistance, our customer support team is available via live chat or WhatsApp. Travel hands-free while we safely deliver your luggage to your destination!
LUGGit prices start at 4.99€ per bag, but the final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, how long you need storage, and the number of bags.
To get an exact quote, simply fill out the booking form on our website or app. You’ll see the full price before confirming or making any payment.
Yes, safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, they’re sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
You can track your luggage in real time via the app and contact your Keeper directly if needed. Your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500€, and you can choose to upgrade to premium insurance, covering up to 1200€ per bag, during booking.
After you book, we’ll send a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your service details. Around 30 minutes before pickup, you'll also receive your Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and contact information.
You can track your luggage in real time using our app. When your Keeper arrives at the pickup or delivery location, they’ll give you a call to help you meet up easily. Keep an eye out for their bright orange LUGGit vest, it makes them easy to spot!
For common locations like airports and train stations, we use predefined meeting points to ensure a smooth and efficient process. You can find the list of meeting points below:

To cancel or modify your booking, contact our support team via live chat (on our website or app) or WhatsApp, and share your booking ID.
You can cancel for free up to the day before your scheduled pickup.
For same-day cancellations:
- More than 1 hour before pickup: 7.50€ fee
- Up to 1 hour before pickup: 10€ fee
If you don’t show up for the service, the full amount will be charged with no refund.
To make a change to your service, you can update your booking at any time, subject to Keeper availability. Changes may affect the final price. We’ll always do our best to accommodate special situations, like flight delays.
